1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach customers in 3–5 working days across India. Remote areas may take a little longer.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping Pan-India.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email. You can check live updates anytime.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective items, with a compulsory unboxing video. The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
7. When will I get my refund?
Once a return is approved and the product is received back, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 8–15 business days.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for wrong items only. Exchanges for other reasons depend on product availability.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video. Our team will help you right away.
