Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the process simple while ensuring smooth order handling.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the cancellation request.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any platform other than our official support channels will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and place a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If COD orders remain unconfirmed, they may be cancelled automatically.

Frequent COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order in the following situations:

Product unavailable or out of stock

Invalid or incomplete delivery address

Payment flagged as risky or suspicious

Courier service unavailable for the provided pin code
If such a cancellation occurs, and payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
